Will be tasting all the new Winter teas, including limited edition, pre-orders, and interesting examples from other regions.
Not to be missed in general, as we only do a couple or so a year, but the winter oolongs are always such fantastic examples of the wonders of well crafted teas. I will call these teas well-crafted teas instead of premium, or fine, or even artisan. Has anyone noticed? There are premium tea bags, fine fanning teas, and artisan chocolate teas! God help us develop more vocabulary in the English language to describe these real, authentic, high end teas that we live for.
