In my haste to leave on a flight to China, in the middle of fretting over whether security would confiscate my thermos of tea I usually carry around and whether they will force me to chug a searing hot Phoenix oolong, I forgot to bring my usual travel size packs of tea. Our merger is complete, between Teance, In Pursuit of Tea, and Red+Green, three tea companies each passionately doing what they do best.
Upcoming event on Jan. 20th, which would be a real eye-opener for me, is to find out if our consumers can distinguish between handmade vs. machine made teas, in a blind tasting.
